How often will maintenance visits be scheduled?
Our schedule includes:
- 3 visits for AC service
- 2 visits for plumbing, electrical checks, cleaning and unblocking of drains, and house pump motor checks
- 1 visit for water tank cleaning
Can I customize the services included in my AMC?
Yes, our AMCs are flexible. You can select services that best suit your property’s needs.
How does the AMC benefit me compared to on-call maintenance?
- Cost Savings: AMC includes preventive checks, reducing unexpected expenses. It also offers discounted rates for additional services not included in the AMC, and for coil and duct cleaning.

Does the AMC include emergency repairs?
Yes, emergency repairs are included in the AMC. Our team is available to address urgent issues promptly. Terms and conditions apply.
What if I want to cancel my AMC?
If you wish to cancel, please notify us 30 days in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated on a prorated basis.
Are replacement parts included in the AMC?
Routine maintenance services are included, but the cost of replacement parts or major equipment (e.g., compressors or water heaters) is not covered. Any labor costs for services not included in the contract will also be charged separately, discounted rate. Â A detailed quotation will be provided for additional materials or labor.
Can I transfer my AMC to a new property?
Yes, you can transfer your AMC to a new property within our service areas. Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and requirements of the new property.
What is not covered under the AMC?
Our AMC does not cover:
- Major renovation works
- Damage caused by misuse or third-party repairs
- Replacement of large appliances or systems beyond the maintenance scope
- Items outlined in the contract provided to you
